Mike has a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) and a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of New South Wales and has worked extensively in Operations, Process Engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Change Management, Strategy and Manufacturing Cost Reduction.
Mike has the experience and management style to create a culture to engage staff, communicate strategy to align goals, implement systems to deliver productivity, manage change effectively and build mutually beneficial customer and supplier relationships.
